Since 1979, we at Off-Premises Solutions (OPS) take pride for being a trusted provider of accommodation units and life support facilities for major companies in the Kingdom and the GCC region.

Our Journey

Founded in 1979 originally under the name Rasha, Off-Premises Solutions (OPS) has rebranded in 2019 but has remained a well known and trusted provider of accommodation units and life support facilities for major companies in the Kingdom and the GCC region. We understand that every client will have unique requirements, which is why we use high quality materials and follow a flexible design process that allows us to deliver tailor made prefabricated units to suit just about any project or event.

OPS has five core divisions that help them deliver world-class solutions: OPS Production, OPS Rentals, OPS Glamping, OPS Services and OPS Designs & Consultancy.

In 2019, we went through some changes, and now we're even better equipped to provide you with top-quality service. Our ultimate goal is to be a "One Stop Shop" for all off-premises needs and rental solutions.

So far, almost every client we have worked with has given us very positive feedback, with many of which approaching us again to work on more of their projects.

We aim to revolutionize the off-premises experience in the GCC by designing and delivering custom made solutions to suit any type of project, regardless of scope or size.

Currently our CEO and top level manager, Fady Kreidieh is a personal consultant and friend to many of the local agency CEOs in the region. Passionate and driven, Fady is helping further cement OPS as one of the leading providers of outdoor accommodation solutions in the region. Previously the GM of “Rabya” construction and Head of Development, Mr. Kreidieh has also successfully managed several large scale projects worth a total of over two billion SAR.
